01Is LuxBeautyPlus Care Match medical advice?

No. It is non-medical product guidance for eligible personal-care, cosmetic, hygiene, wellness and related retail products. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend doses or replace a doctor or pharmacist.

02When will I receive my proposals?

A human review normally takes 48–72 calendar hours after a complete submission. If more information is needed, the case status will say so.

03What will I receive?

You receive three structured proposals—Essential, Balanced and Complete—with product roles, reasons, practical notes and an estimated package price.

04Does submitting the form create an order?

No. A private Shopify payment link is created only after you choose one proposal and confirm purchase intent. You review the final products and price before payment.

05How long is my case data kept?

Case form data, messages, proposals and uploads are scheduled for deletion 15 days after LuxBeautyPlus marks the case Closed. Legally required Shopify order and invoice records are handled separately.
